A reputable and fast-growing company in the Outdoor Advertising Industry in Abuja needs an operations manager’s services. As an operation manager, you will be ready to mentor your team members to increase customer service quality and implement best practices across all levels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Manage and supervise the workforce
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential risks
