We are a reputable group of companies with diverse investments in Real Estate, oil and amp, gas, banking and telecommunications and require seasoned operations and Administration Managers in our Abuja office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize and manage other office activities
- Ensure operations adhere to policies
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Track inventory
- Drafting and responding to mail
- Providing administrative support
- Plan and manage administrative procedures
- Responding to client requests and answering phone calls
- Ensure smooth flow of information within the organization
- Provide training and guidance to ensure efficiency
Requirements
- A good team player
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ready and available to work long hours
- Mature, mobile and versatile candidates
- High degree of integrity
- Minimum age of 40 years from the date of publication
- Ability to work late
- Candidates must be resident in Abuja or its environs
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Qualification
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Law, Social Sciences or the Humanities
- A post graduate degree would be added advantage
