We are a reputable group of companies with diverse investments in real estate, oil and gas and telecoms, in Nigeria and parts of West Africa and require seasoned operations managers in our Lagos and Abuja offices. However, the positions come with attractive remuneration and benefits.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Law, Social Sciences or the Humanities
- A postgraduate degree would be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- A good team player
- Good negotiation skills
- Ready, and available to work long hours
- Mature, mobile and versatile
- Reporting skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must not be 45 years of age
- A high degree of integrity
- Applicants must have a good and vast knowledge of the country
- Prospects earning less than N15m p/a need not apply
Requirement
- Minimum of 15 years of hands-on post-graduation experience
- Cognate experience in FMCG, Banking, Telecommunications or Management
