Job Brief
Our client is one of the leading independent E&P players in Africa Due to expansion we seek to hire an Operation Planning Lead to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement detailed operational plans
- Ensure alignment with budget constraints
- Manage Drilling
- Ensure integrated planning
- Work closely with logistics and the supply chain teams
- Enhance operational management systems
- Monitor and analyze operational performance
- Identify areas for improvement
- Present regular reports to key stakeholders
- Ensure all completion activities adhere to company policies
Requirements
- Ability to work in onshore and offshore environments
- Leadership ability
- Solid organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good understanding of wells operations
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Good communication skills
Qualification
- BSc in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
- Master’s in an added advantage
