Position: Operation Manager
Job Brief
A fast-growing Hotel located in South East Nigeria requires the service of an Operation Manager to be part of our team. However, you have to supervise daily activities and coordinate clerical tasks. Nevertheless, you are to coordinate daily activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to manage the hotel successfully
- Liaise with the marketing and sales team
- Increase hotel revenue
- Handle guest complaints
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel property
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
- Ability to comply with every legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the maintenance and the upkeeping of hotel facilities
Requirements
- Experience a minimum of 17 years
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to analyse market trends
- Strong attention to detail
- Good experience in customer service
- Proven experience as Hotel Operations Manager
- Exhaustive understanding of the business
Qualification
- BSc or HND holder
