Job Brief
We are a Manufacturing company in Lagos State looking for a dedicated Operation Manager to direct and oversee our organisation’s operations. The ideal candidate must also be ready to mentor staff.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor production KPIs
- Liaise with the marketing and sales team
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
- Ensure smooth daily operation
- Coordinate and train staff
- Improve operational management systems
Requirements
- Candidate must reside in Gbagada or Lekki
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Proven leadership skills
- Applicant must reside in Abuja
