As the operation manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of a hotel. Nevertheless, you are to focus on optimizing operational efficiency
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to manage the hotel successfully
- Liaise with the marketing and sales team
- Increase hotel revenue
- Handle guest complaints
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel property
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
- Ability to comply with every legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the maintenance and the upkeeping of hotel facilities
Requirements
- Experience minimum of 3 years
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to analyse market trends
- Strong attention to detail
- Good experience in customer service
- Proven experience as Hotel Operations Manager
- Exhaustive understanding of the business
Qualification
- HND/B.SC in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
