Job Brief
A fast-growing hospitality organization currently need the service of an Operating Supervisor to help us implement the right processes in the entire organization. The job holder will have to create and implement methods and propose ways to improve the company.
Roles and Operation
- Create and implement processes to cut costs
- Report on individual performance
- Ensure the smooth running of the company
- Manage the efficiency of operational processes
- Coordinate and train employees
- Providing administrative assistance
- Ensure compliance with the organizational policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in the hospitality sector
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management
- Organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems with ease
Qualification
- BSc or HND in Hotel Management or relevant courses
