Position: Chief Financial Officer
Job Brief
WTS Energy needs a Chief Financial Officer to coordinate all financial aspects of the company. Nevertheless, The ideal candidate is expected to create and implement a policy that will enhance the company’s growth in a long-term financial plan.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create a financial strategy for the organization
- Managing the internal and external audit procedure
- Suggest to improve financial performance
- Carry out financial analyzes from time to time
- Establish a long-term financial sustainability
- Supervise cash flows
- Ensure compliance with fiscal rules
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years work experience in financial role
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong account skills
- knowledge of local and international tax
- Ability to manage team
- Good leadership skills
Qualification
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any other related fields
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA).
