Position: HSE Reporting Coordinator

We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. However, we are seeking an HSE Reporting Coordinator to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participates actively in all HSE Committee meetings
- Identify and minimize risks and the impact of activities, especially SIMOPS
- Advocate adequate levels of anomaly reporting amongst the workforce
- Submit periodic reports on various subjects required to the HSE Coordinator
- Participate in investigations into any accidents or incidents to determine root causes
- Foster a strong safety culture throughout the organization
- Encouraging safe behaviours
- Prepare monthly HSE report
- Track HSE performance metrics
- Spot trends and give recommending actions to improve performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standards
- Minimum 5 years of project experience within the Oil and Gas industry
- Industrial construction field experience with in-depth HSE fieldwork
- Ability to make use of Synergi tool
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Geological or Sciences, Occupational Health
