We are currently searching for a qualified Office Secretary to help keep our organization running smoothly and run administrative tasks that make the company function. Therefore, to be successful in this role, you must be able to multitask

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
  • Compose emails
  • Replying to letters and emails
  • Perform routine bookkeeping
  • Assist with presentations and reports
  • Prioritising workloads
  • Printing and copying documents
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Making travel arrangements for executives

Requirements

  • 2+ clerical experience
  • Proven experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Good at prioritizing a manager’s calendar
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional ethical standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
