Position: Office Secretary

Job Abstract

A reputable engineering consultant is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Secretary to join our team and take charge of managing our office. However, your main task will be to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. You are to keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed to ensure that the workplace is neat and clean for visitors or clients

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Prepare and disseminate memos and forms
  • Sending memos and letters
  • Document financial information
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
  • Compose emails
  • Replying to letters and emails
  • Perform routine bookkeeping
  • Assist with presentations and reports

Requirements

  • Must have a good degree with 5 years of experience  in a similar role
  • A recent photo
  • Must be a computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently
  • time management capability
