Position: Office Assistant

Job Brief

Our client needs an Office Assistant who will direct the organization and the running of the daily administrative operations of the state office. Therefore, the job holder will manage the entire operation and support the services of the organzation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance
  • Protection of assets
  • Assist coding and inventory reporting
  • Creating strong team members
  • Maintain company files
  • Documenting all pertinent end-user recognition information
  • Test fixes to make sure the problem has been successfully resolved
  • Make sure that systems are in place
  • Ensure that operations are well-managed
  • Prepare the projector and other presentation materials for quality presentation
