Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Brief

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to coordinate our HR team. The ideal candidate will have to take charge of all HR matters across the organisation from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, and disciplinary action.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
  • Provide technical support and advice
  • Capability building to enhance team skills
  • Direct all centre human resource departmental
  • Advise in areas where needed
  • Build up staff appraisal management system
  • Maintain staff development initiative
  • Consider the recruitment request
  • Direct the allocation of human resources budgets
  • Provide advice to line managers

Requirements

  • 10 years plus of working experience
  • knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Good understanding of national labour laws
  • Capability to work in a stressful environment
  • Experience in the usage of computer system
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and the ability to speak the Hausa language are necessary
  • Competence to develop and effectively direct interpersonal relationships
  • Membership in a relevant professional body will be an added advantage

Qualification

  • BSc in Business Administration, Sociology or any related field
