Position: Mini Truck Driver
Job Brief
We are a distribution company, we provide a range of services such as distribution, after Sales and logistics solutions. However, we seek to hire a Mini Truck Driver. Who will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods? The job holder will be tasked with driving and maintaining the truck assigned to him.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the condition of the truck
- Inspect tyres, lights, and brakes from time to time
- Keep required records of dispatch and delivery
- Maintain traffic laws
- Perform emergency roadside repairs
- Maintain a positive attitude with customers
- Keep an activities log and log hours
- Safely operate a mini truck with 6 tyres
Requirements
- The candidate must be reliable
- Attention to detail
- Candidate should be honest
- Ability to work within a team
- Physical endurance
- Ability to speak English
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Valid driver’s License
- Able to drive a mini truck with 6 tyres
