Position: Mechanical Technician
Job Brief
A leading independent Oil and Gas company based in Nigeria with a vigorous operation. However, due to our recent expansion, we are seeking to hire a mechanical technician to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Concoct daily mechanical reports on the operation
- Regularly monitor mechanical equipment
- Asist the HSES teams
- Ensure compliance with safety
- Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions
- Efficient in carrying out mechanical engineering operation
- performing diagnostic tests
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead projects
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas sector
- Ability to resolve motor pump issues
- Strong knowledge of mechanical services
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be result oriented
- Good time management abilities
Qualification
- HND or BSc in core engineering discipline Mechanical, Petroleum, Production or ELECTRICAL
