Position: Marketing and Sales Manager
Job Brief
We are a real estate company involved in various fields such as residential and commercial construction. We ensure that our clients get the very best infrastructure facility.
However, we need the services of a marketing and sales manager to take the lead of our marketing team. The ideal candidates will have to be innovative have strong marketing skills and can lead the team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing strategies
- Increase business growth
- Motivate sales team
- Identify new business opportunity
- Coordinating organizational sales
- Monitoring sales goals
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Follow-up with clients
- Generate leads to property
- Conduct market research
Requirements
- Proven working experience in a similar role
- 5 years in senior marketing and sales position
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Experience in digital and traditional marketing
- Ability to lead a team
- International experience in Africa or other emerging markets is a plus.
- Proven ability to close deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in leading sales and marketing team
- Attention to detail
Qualification
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
- An MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage
