Our Client a reputable Media and Advertising company based in Lagos with operations across the country is seeking to hire a highly motivated and skilled Marketing and Client Services executive.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create effective communication channels for clients
- Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction
- Ensure clients feel heard and valued
- Provide clients with relevant information
- Conducting customer service workshops
- Guiding clients through complex processes
- Dealing with client requests
- Liaising with different departments about client queries
- Offering advice to clients on services and products
- Participating in marketing campaigns
Requirements
- 4 years experience in a client interfacing role
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong Negotiation skills
Qualification
- BSc or ND
- Must be ARCON certifications
