Job Brief
A top Marine Operation company seek to hire a Marine Operation Services supervisor to coordinate all operations in our organization. The ideal candidate must have a sound knowledge of marine operation and must be able to lead and direct the team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reviewing vessel daily
- Supervise vessel movement
- Report and address issues
- Manage all operational demand
- Direct departure checks for all vessels
- Provide support when needed
- Cooperate with relevant third-party vessel
Requirements
- 15 years experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business
- 5 years at the management level
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
Qualification
- MSc or Chief Engineer
