A leading Microfinance bank in Lekki Lagos State seek to hire a skilled and experienced Managing Director who will control and oversee all business operations of our financial house. Nevertheless, you will be the highest-ranking manager in the organisation and will be responsible for the overall success of our financial house.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees all marketing activities
- Implementing business plans
- Reports to the board
- Offer strategic advice to the board
- Give direction to executives in their duties
- Engage with key stakeholders
- Motivate staffs member
- Provide leadership to team members
- Create business plans
- Provide strategic advice
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Familiarity with the bank sector
- Great analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Good leadership skills
- Proven experience as Managing Director
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication
- Proven success in strategic leadership
- 8 – 10 year experience in Finance
