Position: Managing Director
Job Brief
A Finance company that is into payment solutions, is about to commence operations and has an urgent need for strategic hiring in a bid to achieve superior performance. We are seeking to fill the above position of Managing Director.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations department
- Ensure adherence to financial laws
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan
- Ensure that the business remains at the forefront of the industry
- Make sure that budget targets are met
- Maintain an effective marketing strategy to promote the brand
- Oversee the preparation of the company’s annual report
- Direct the company’s financial performance
- Provide strategic advice to members of the board
Requirements
- Certification in payment solutions
- Minimum of 10 years experience out of which, at least 5 being in the financial service industry and at least 3 at the senior management level
- A minimum of first degree in any discipline
- Possession of a higher degree
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis
- An analytical mind
- Leadership skills
- Proven experience as a director or similar role
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACIB etc would be an added advantage
