Job Brief
A hospitality company based in Ajao Estate, Lagos is seeking a well-motivated and skilled Manager to join our delegated team. However, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to manage the hotel successfully
- Liaise with the marketing and sales team
- Increase hotel revenue
- Handle guest complaints
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel property
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
- Ability to comply with every legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the maintenance and the upkeeping of hotel facilities
Requirements
- 3 years work experience
- Proven experience as a Manager or relevant role
- Good customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exhaustive understanding of the business
- Problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills

- BSc or HND
