Position: Maintenance Officer
Job Brief
We are currently looking for a maintenance officer to join our maintenance team. The holder is expected to perform various kinds of repairs on our equipment in our hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Servicing of A/C
- Repair of the elevator, conveyor, pumps etc
- Maintenance of filters
- Handling basic maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical issues
- Conducting routine inspections
- Repairing of machines
- Plan and oversee all repair
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Keep maintenance logs
Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of technical aspects
- Good reporting skills
- Strong experience in maintenance operations
- Problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- OND or HND in Electrical Engineering
