Position: Maintenance Manager
Job Brief
We are seeking to hire an experienced Maintenance Manager, preferably with civil engineering experience, to coordinate all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the organisation’s facilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement maintenance procedures
- Report on daily activities
- Control the budget for maintenance
- Carry out inspections of facilities
- Identify and resolve issues
- Supervise staff
- Adhere to all safety rules
- Manage maintenance budget
- Director’s relationships with contractors
- Oversee workflow to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Proven experience as a maintenance manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of building code
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to work without supervision
- 5 years of working experience in property management
- Manage repairs and installation activities
Qualification
- BSc/HND in any relevant discipline required
