Position: Maintenance Manager
Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager preferably civil engineering to coordinate all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the organization’s facilities. The job holder will be responsible for directing and maintaining our portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement maintenance procedures
- Report on daily activities
- Control the budget for maintenance
- Carry out inspections of facilities
- Identify and resolve issues
- Supervise staff
- Director relationships with contractors
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Proven experience as a maintenance manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of building code
- Attention to detail
- Must not be more than 50 years of age
- Ability to work without supervision
- 15 years of working experience in property management
- Manage repairs and installation activities

- BSc in relevant field
