A reputable law firm located in Lagos and Abuja seeks to hire a Senior Litigation Lawyer, to oversee all company transactions. As the company lawyer, you must ensure that every transaction follows corporate laws and regulations. However, your principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in cases
- Preparing legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Providing legal advice
- Must be in a position on legal matters
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Carefully examine legal issues
Requirements
- He/she must be ambitious
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Minimum of 10 years experience practicing in a legal firm
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum of second-class lower division from both law school and the university
