We are career opportunities in an external works and landscaping company with an interest, in construction and project management. We are currently searching for a Lead Architect to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect project specifications
- Identify clients’ needs
- Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team
- Control project from start to finish
- Writing and presenting reports
- Creating building designs
- Visualize building structure
- Cost estimation
- Site visits and meetings
- Ensure works are carried out to specific standards
Requirements
- B.Sc in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Architectural or Landscaping design company
- Higher proficiency in space management
- Proficiency in design software
