Job Abstract
A reputable travelling industry is currently seeking a female to fill in the space of a Lawyer, who must have called to the Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Protecting the company against legal risks
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues
- Prepare appropriate legal documents for the company
- Manage and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
- Act in the best interests of the company
- Must be familiar with the laws that govern the travelling agencies
- supporting the development of strategies to manage risk exposure and prevent legal problems from occurring
- Researching applicable laws
- evaluating and analyzing contracts
- Preparing legal documents such as summonses, complaints, answers to complaints, and motions
Requirements
- Must have been called to the Nigeria Bar
- Minimum of second class lower division LL.B
- exceptional writing and communication skills
- Telecommunications skills
- Advocacy skills
- Minimum of 3 years of practice experience
