Job Brief
We are looking to hire a lawyer with strong research and analytical skills. As a Lawyer, you are expected to exhibit good judgment and strong decision-making. Nevertheless, you are to ensure that the company truly follows law guidelines and gives legal advice to management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Protecting the company from real risks and violations
- Ensuring the company’s transactions comply with state laws
- Preparing legal documents
- Assessing new business partnerships with vendors
- Stand for the company in any legal proceedings
- Must be in a position on legal matters
- Guide management on regulatory
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Discuss deals on behalf of the company.
- Carefully examine legal issues
Requirements
- He/she must have been called to the Bar
- Must be residence in Abuja
- Good communication skills
