Position: Operations Planning Lead
Job Brief
WTS Energy currently needs an Operations Planning Lead who will be in charge of supervising the operational performances within the Organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Adherence to production schedules
- Ensure integrated planning with production teams
- Track operational performance
- Reduce risks by monitoring safety measures
- Present reports regularly to key stakeholders
- Create effective communication channel with clients
- Engross with project managers to develop risk management strategies
Requirements
- Strong Knowledge of operational planning principles
- Ability to multi task
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent Knowledge of Wells Operations
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Operations Planning within an oil-producing field
Qualification
- BSc in Engineering, Operation management or any related field
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Professional certification e.g. PMP is an added advantage
