The Lagos State University Academic Resource and Conference Centre offers amazing hospitality services that provide comfort and accommodation. However, we need the service of a Manager to coordinate daily operations and ensure brilliant customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Directing the day-to-day operations
• Coordinating staff
• Ensure good customer service
• Increase revenue growth
• Handle guest complaints
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• promote partnerships with academic institutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years work experience in the hospitality sector
• Proven leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Problem -solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Good experience in customer service

Qualification

• HND/B.SC in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
