Position: Assistant Head of Sales
Job Brief
Meyer PLC a manufacturing paint company based in Oregun, Ikeja Lagos, is seeking to hire an assistant head of sales to assist the head of sales in driving sales in his or her zone. However, the ideal candidate for this job is expected to have strong experience in sales with a top paint company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing team
- Delegating tasks to junior staff
- Identify new business opportunities
- Track the performance of the sales team
- Coordinating the sales team
- Increase sales
- Visiting exciting customers
- Provide leadership to the sales team
- Supporting the head of sales
- Coordinate all operations of the sales team
Responsibilities
- Ability to sell data
- Must be an assistant manager level in a paint sector
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of selling strategies
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to direct a team
- Interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills
Qualification
- BSc holder
- MSc will be an added advantage
