Position: Quantity Surveyor
Job Brief
An oil servicing company requires vibrant, resourceful qualified and well-experienced Quantity Surveyor to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Visiting various sites
- Preparing quantity requirements
- Liaising with site managers, clients
- Advising managers and clients
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Evaluating construction plans
- Prepares the Bill of quantities
- Keeping track of materials on-site
- Maintain professional relationships
- A thorough check on the work done by other members of the team
Requirements
- Experience in an engineering service firm is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a QS
- Monitor project expenditures
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage team
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to details
- Good communication skills
Qualification
- BSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
