Sales Executives

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to establish new business
• Maintain relationships with clients
• Act as a bridge of contact between the client and the company
• Gathering market information to find out the customer’s needs
• Maintain accurate records
• Reviewing sales performance
• Meeting sales targets
• Resolving client complaints
• Developing sales strategies
• Handling customer questions and inquiries

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG oral care products
• Ideal candidates must be proactive, honest and energetic
• Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age
• Excellent customer service
•  Sales skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• B.Sc/HND in Business Admin and Marketing
• Professional Qualification would be an added advantage

Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales
• Gather and analyse sales figures
• Enhancing business opportunities
• Increasing brand awareness
• Monitoring team performance
• Directing sales team
• Ensuring compliance with all company policy
• Meeting and exceeding targeted sales
• Ensure that the sales team is appropriately trained
• supporting long-term relationships with customers

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in FMCG oral care products
• Candidates should not be more than 40 years of age
• Proven track record
• Strong analytical
• Consultative sales skills

Qualifications

• B.Sc/HND in Business Admin and Marketing
• Professional Qualification would be an added advantage
