Position: Farm Manager
Job Brief
We need a farm manager who can manage our daily farm activities and ensure optimal output. Nevertheless, the ideal candidate will have to monitor staff activities and other livestock.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure staff adheres to safety regulations
- Supervise daily farm operations
- Manage and train staff
- Oversee and check crop health
- Create and implement supportable farming systems
- Cooperate with the management team
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication
- Strong management skills
- Knowledge of hydroponic systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate others
Qualification
- BSc in Agriculture, or any related field
