Position: Managing Director
Job Brief
We are an established real estate management company with an established presence in Lagos. Our facilities are among the most varied and unique including over 150 high-rise flats, various warehouses, and commercial buildings. We are a company looking for reliable individuals to manage the organization’s restructuring base in Lagos.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction on the maintenance of properties
- Settle complaints and implement occupancy rules
- Inspect vacant units and carry out repairs when necessary
- Direct the accomplishment of financial objectives
- Responsible for the accomplishment of the organizational goals
- Provide advice to the board on strategic planning
- Managing company staff
- Good relationship with the board of directors
- Responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in real estate or 6 years experience as a Managing Director
- Problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to restructure and manage an organization
- Strong experience in rebranding and modernisation of a company
- Understanding of Nigeria’s real estate market, hospitality industry and trend
Qualification
- MSc/MA in business management/business administration/property management or other relevant fields (Attach a copy of qualifications)
