Position: Chief Finance Officer
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are looking for a Chief Finance Officer to join our dedicated team. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be in charge of the financial, and risk management operations of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide financial guidance to senior management
- Collaborate with the operational teams
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy report
- Prepare financial statements
- Supervise all finance personnel
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds
- Provide analyses of financial results
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems
- Remain up to date on special district audit best practices
- Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls of financial procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Must have Professional Certification such as ACCA and CFA
- Analytical Skills
- Strong communication skills
- InteSoftware Proficiency
- Knowledge of international financial reporting standards
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) is highly desirable
