Position: Country Manager- Sales and Partnership
Job Brief
We are an award-winning, international nonprofit social enterprise NGO. Nevertheless, we foster and mass-market low-cost irrigation solutions bought by numerous small farmers in rising countries that are used to improve their income. However, we are hiring a Country Manager- Sales and Partnership that will help manage all operations in the country.
Therefore, the ideal candidate, must be smart and be a competent public speaker and have strong networking abilities within the region.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Track projects progress
- Oversee budgets
- Build standards for top performance
- Monitor performance at every level
- Create and maintain good image of the company
- Provide timely information to the management
- Create and implement strategies for averting and managing disasters
