Position: Senior Sales and Partnership Officer
Job Brief
We are an award-winning, international nonprofit social enterprise NGO. Nevertheless, we foster and mass-market low-cost irrigation solutions bought by numerous small farmers in rising countries that are used to improve their income. However, we are hiring a Senior Sales and Partnership officer who will help identify various ways to increase organizational products.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying potential prospects
- Track sales performance
- Create monthly reports on sales
- Meets and exceeds sales target
- Supervise sales activities
- Manage prospective clients
- Serve as a bridge between the client and the organization
Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business management
