Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating the work of other Architects
- Ensure all issues are addressed promptly
- Focusing equally on aesthetic
- Meeting all functional requirements on a job
- Preparing designs and forecast projects
- Managing junior staff effectively
- Presenting new design concepts to the management
- Direct the design and progress of architectural projects
- Make sure the team works together to achieve set goals
- Assisting new Architects to improve their design skills
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients
- A master’s degree and other relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership skills
- Brilliant interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical skills
- Ability to beat a deadline
- 10 years of working experience
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Certification and vast experience in project management will be an added advantage
Qualification
- Candidate must possess a minimum of first degree certificate in any relevant field
