Position: Operation Manager

Job Brief

We are seeking to hire a dedicated Operations Manager to direct and oversee our organization’s operations. Nevertheless, the ideal candidate must be ready to mentor staff.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor production KPIs
  • Liaise with the marketing and sales team
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
  • Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
  • Ensure smooth daily operation
  • Coordinate and train staff
  • Improve operational management systems

Requirements

  • 6 years relevant experience
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a must
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Proven leadership skills

Qualification

  • BSc or HND in any Business-related field
  • Master’s degree in business administration is a plus
