Position: IT Support and Customer Help Desk Officer

Job Brief

We are currently in need of the services of an IT Support and Customer Help Desk Officer. The job holder has to juggle a different kind of job role such as maintaining the organisational technology infrastructure for internal users and ensuring a smooth customer help desk operation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT infrastructure in the organization
  • Providing support to customers
  • Ensure all operating systems have active Microsoft licenses
  • Coordinate the company’s help desk unit
  • Resolving any connectivity issues
  • Provide technical support
  • Support internal  IT projects
  • Maintain computer systems
  • Ensure users back up their systems regularly
  • Follow up on customers to  ensure timely renewals

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of cloud storage solutions
  • Attention to detail

  • Good experience in managing IT

  • BSc or HND Holder
