Position: IT Executive
Job Brief
A private security company based in Ikoyi, Lagos State, would like to hire a dedicated IT Executive to handle all our IT needs. The ideal candidate will install and upgrade components. Nevertheless, you will have to assist with network administration and resolve all IT support issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Track system performance and
- Report IT issues to management
- Resolving all IT issues
- Install and upgrade components
- Provide technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Ensure all systems meet the necessary demands
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of computer system
- Strong understanding of ITIL
- 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ensure data storage is secure and safe

- BSc in Information Technology
