A newly well-established Microfinance Bank in Ondo State is seeking to hire an Internal Control Manager who will help us track and increase the value of internal control. Nevertheless, the ideal candidate is to also work as a part of the business risk.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the activities of every department
- Ensure that operational risks are clear
- Coordinate all internal projects
- Delivers adequate reports
- Create an appropriate communication channel
- Ensure value for money is attained
- Steers methodical internal audits
Requirements
- Strong experience in internal control
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- 5 years of banking experience
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to manage projects
Qualifications
- BSc, HND or AIB
