Position: ICT Officer
Job Brief
A reputable oil and gas firm requires the services of an ICT Officer. The job holder is responsible for providing ICT support to the entire organization and ensuring smooth network services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proving a high standard of operational services
- Supporting the ICT Coordinator
- Provide administrative assistance
- Troubleshooting computers
- Installs appliances
- Regularly monitor the company server
- Troubleshooting network issues when needed
- Maintains and ensures computers, scanners, and printers are set for use
- Work closely with the Internet Service Providers
- Showcase a punctual and reliable approach to work
Requirements
- Ability to work without any supervision
- Database management
- Resolve network problems with ease
- Proficiency in data management and backup
- Good time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role
- Ability to monitor computer system
- Strong database administration skills
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science or Engineering.
