Roles and Responsibilities

- Supporting the ICT Coordinator
- Provide administrative assistance
- Troubleshooting computers
- Regularly monitor the company server
- Troubleshooting network issues when needed
- Showcase a punctual and reliable approach to work
Requirements
- Ability to work without any supervision
- Database management
- Resolve network problems with ease
- Proficiency in data management and backup
- Good time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to monitor computer system
Qualifications
- BSc in Information and Communication Technology or Computer Science with a minimum of second-class division
- 10 years of post-graduate experience
