Job Brief
We seek to hire a dedicated and reliable Human Resources with an amazing track record in Human Resources. To be part of our dedicated team, the job holder will oversee and direct all human functions across the company, from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary and action
Roles and Responsibilities
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct the centre’s human resource department
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up a staff appraisal management system
- Maintain staff development initiative
- Consider the recruitment request
- Direct the allocation of human resources budgets
Requirements
- knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good understanding of national labour laws
- Capability to work in a stressful environment
- Experience in the usage of computer system
- Minimum of 3 years experience in human resources
- Fluency in English and the ability to speak the Hausa language are necessary
- Competence to develop and effectively direct interpersonal relationships
- Membership in a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of project management
Qualification
- BSc in Industrial relations, Human Resource Management or any related field.
