Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Brief
A publishing company located in Ikeja is seeking to hire a Human Resources officer to coordinate our HR team. You will take charge of all HR matters across the organisation from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, and disciplinary action.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct all centre human resource departmental
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up staff appraisal management system
- Maintain staff development initiative
- Maintain employee record
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Requirements
- Must not be more than 30 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Assist with performance management
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Good communication skills
- Proven experience in HR function
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR systems
Qualification
- BSc/HND Administration, Human resources management and other related courses
