Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Brief
A Nongovernmental Organization need the services of a human resources officer to take charge of all HR matters across the organisation from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, and disciplinary action.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct all centre human resource departmental
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up staff appraisal management system
- Maintain staff development initiative
- Maintain employee record
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Assist with performance management
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Good communication skills
- Proven experience in HR function
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR systems
