Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Brief
We are looking for Human resources managers to serve as a link between employees and employers. Nevertheless, you are expected to touch every aspect of the organization. As a Human resources manager, you’ll work with the HR team to make sure that there is a smooth running in the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct all centre human resource departmental
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up staff appraisal management system
- Maintain staff development initiative
- Consider the recruitment request
- Direct the allocation of human resources budgets
- Build any other HR policies according to the organizational necessity
- Provide advice to line managers
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good understanding of national labour laws
- Capability to work in a stressful environment
- Experience in the usage of computer system
- Excellent skills in handling and advising in people management
- The ideal candidate must be a Female and not more than 25 years of age
- 2 years of experience
Qualifications
- BS.c or HND in Human Resources Management
